How It Works

Each protein pack is grilled over mesquite wood + seasoned con sazón with a unique blend of deep + smokey flavors. Vacuum-sealed + frozen for freshness and convenience. Ready to heat and enjoy anytime, al gusto.

    Add a 3-oz dose of house-made Mojo sauce (mixed in or on the side)

  • We know meal prep looks differently for each household, so we recommend starting with a 5 lb order every two weeks to see how easily it’s incorporating into your weekly meals before ordering every week.

🔥 It’s time. After decades of dreaming, learning, studying, testing, and feeding the people we love.. we’re finally launching. Estamos activos. Humo Con Sazón is officially in motion.

Grilled proteins. By the pound. Vacuum sealed + frozen fresh. Crafted with intention, over mesquite flame, and seasoned with over 20 years of heart, hustle, and cultura. This meal prep concept and food has been waiting to be shared.

I’ve been dreaming of sharing my cooking since I was a kid sitting on a stool in my grandfather’s kitchen.. a Puerto Rican Navy vet and boxer who passed down his love through food. What he gave me stuck. I’ve never stopped cooking.

And now, I’m proud to share it with you.
